About the Role
Tyla Integrated Services Limited is an indigenous, fully registered, and licensed private security services provider headquartered in Ikeja GRA, Lagos. Founded in 2019 and incorporated with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), we operate under the Private Guard Companies Act with a management team combining decades of military, policing, and corporate security expertise from both Nigerian and British professionals. We are recruiting qualified Unarmed Security Guards to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular patrols and monitor assigned premises to prevent unauthorized access and theft
- Maintain vigilance and respond promptly to security incidents and alarms
- Perform access control duties and verify credentials of personnel and visitors
- Document and report security concerns and incidents accurately
- Provide professional customer service and maintain courteous interactions with clients and the public
- Adhere strictly to all security protocols and company policies
- Communicate effectively with management and law enforcement when necessary
- Minimum SSCE or OND qualification
- Physically and mentally fit with excellent health standards
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Clean background with no criminal record (subject to verification)
- Previous military, police, or security experience is advantageous
- Willingness to undergo professional training and certification
- Commitment to maintaining professional standards and company policies
