Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular patrols on foot or by vehicle across assigned properties to check doors, windows, gates, and perimeter fences.
- Manage access control by verifying identification, signing in visitors, and preventing unauthorized entry.
- Monitor security cameras, alarm systems, and surveillance feeds continuously for any signs of unusual activity.
- Respond promptly to disturbances, report potential hazards, and contact emergency services such as the police or fire department when necessary.
- Maintain comprehensive daily logs and write detailed incident reports regarding accidents, property damage, or security breaches.
- Minimum of an SSCE or equivalent educational qualification.
- Strong physical fitness with the ability to stand, patrol, or walk for extended periods.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with visitors and compiling clear reports.
- High level of alertness and exceptional attention to detail for identifying potential security risks quickly.
- Possession of a valid security license or relevant local regulatory certification is a distinct advantage.
