About the Role

To support our mission, we are seeking a seasoned Security Engineer to protect our critical digital infrastructure from evolving cyber threats and ensure the highest standards of data integrity and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities- Continuously monitor security alerts from SIEM, EDR, and firewall systems to detect and investigate malicious activities.
- Lead security incident response efforts, performing containment, eradication, and forensic analysis.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration tests across cloud environments and applications.
- Configure and optimize security infrastructure including WAF, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection tools.
- Develop automation scripts using Python, Bash, or PowerShell to streamline security operations.
- Enforce IT security policies and ensure compliance with relevant standards such as ISO 27001 and the NDPA.
- Drive company-wide security awareness and training initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity roles such as Security Engineer or SOC Analyst.
- Proven expertise in cloud security on AWS or Azure, alongside strong Linux and Windows administration skills.
- Deep understanding of networking fundamentals, TCP/IP, DNS, and core security tools like Splunk and CrowdStrike.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, CySA+, or CISSP are highly desirable.
