We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Security Coordinator I to join our operations in Nigeria. In this vital role, you will play a key part in safeguarding our personnel, assets, and facilities while upholding our commitment to operational excellence and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Implement comprehensive site security and emergency preparedness plans and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Develop and implement rigorous contractor screening criteria and processes to mitigate operational risks.
- Coordinate efficient contractor screening procedures and oversee the seamless issuance of access passes.
- Develop, update, and maintain the dedicated security plan for upcoming facility Turnarounds.
- Support all critical security activities and compliance protocols during Turnaround execution phases.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional security experience.
- Demonstrated previous experience in security operations, preferably within the Oil and Gas or heavy industrial environment.
- Strong coordination, interpersonal, and communication skills to interface effectively with diverse teams and contractors.
