Key Responsibilities- Develop comprehensive architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed design drawings for various projects.
- Produce professional 2D drawings and high-quality 3D visualizations for impactful client presentations.
- Conduct thorough site assessments and coordinate seamlessly with engineers, builders, and cross-functional project teams.
- Design highly functional space plans and optimized interior layouts tailored to client needs.
- Prepare accurate material specifications and cost-conscious design proposals aligned with project budgets.
- Ensure all architectural designs strictly comply with relevant local building codes and safety regulations.
- Oversee design implementation and quality control during the construction phase.
- Participate actively in virtual and physical client consultations and project meetings.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and track all design revisions accurately.
- Deliver exceptional projects efficiently within agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Architecture or a closely related field from a recognized institution.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in architectural or interior design practice.
- Demonstrated proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
- Strong spatial planning capabilities and a refined eye for aesthetic interior layouts.
- Ability to accurately interpret and coordinate structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) requirements.
- Exceptional verbal communication and client presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, including conducting routine on-site visits.
