About the Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic and vigilant Security Coordinator I to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our operational sites and turnaround activities.
Key Responsibilities- Implement site security and emergency preparedness plans and procedures to reinforce organizational security.
- Develop and evaluate comprehensive security programs, ensuring their ongoing effectiveness.
- Identify needs for additional security resources and support procurement processes for services and materials.
- Develop screening criteria and execute the contractor screening process.
- Manage the contractor pass-issuing efforts and ensure compliance with security protocols during execution.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in security management or a related field.
- Previous professional experience in corporate or industrial security, preferably within the oil and gas sector.
- Strong understanding of emergency preparedness, site security protocols, and contractor vetting procedures.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
