About the Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Safety, Health, and Environmental – Security Coordinator I to join our expanding team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in supporting the procurement of services and materials for critical turnaround activities by safeguarding personnel, assets, and operational sites in full compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities- Implement site security and emergency preparedness plans and procedures to reinforce company asset protection.
- Develop robust screening criteria and execute the contractor screening process efficiently.
- Manage contractor pass-issuing efforts and oversee security logistics for turnaround activities.
- Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and operations integrity compliance assessments.
- Provide ongoing evaluation of security programs to identify resource needs and drive continuous improvement.
- A Bachelor degree or equivalent relevant professional experience in security management.
- Demonstrated expertise in emergency preparedness, incident investigation, and safety regulations.
- Strong working knowledge of environmental standards, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven ability to foster successful internal and external working relationships in a collaborative team environment.
