About the Role
Bluebulb Financials Limited is a dynamic financial technology company based in Lekki, Lagos, dedicated to simplifying cross-border payments for African businesses. Our innovative solutions empower companies to seamlessly transact with global suppliers and collect funds worldwide. We are currently looking for a strategic and results-driven Sector Lead to spearhead our growth within the Agriculture and Food Processing industry by delivering tailored financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Drive aggressive revenue growth within the agriculture and food processing sector through targeted client acquisition and successful deal execution.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sector-specific strategies designed to increase market share and overall transaction volumes.
- Build, nurture, and manage high-value relationships with key decision-makers and corporate clients across the agro-allied value chain.
- Identify high-potential business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and emerging revenue streams within the industry.
- Collaborate closely with internal Treasury, Operations, and Compliance teams to ensure efficient and seamless deal execution.
- Oversee rigorous pipeline management, maintaining strong conversion rates from initial prospect generation to final consummation.
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline; an MBA or postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in business development, commercial sales, or relationship management within fintech, commercial banking, or the agricultural sector.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully driving revenue growth and managing high-value corporate client portfolios.
- Exceptional commercial acumen, advanced negotiation skills, and a strong aptitude for executive relationship management.
