Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons aligned with the school curriculum and international standards.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support academic and personal development.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school administration to plan extracurricular activities and school events.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student performance and behavioral development.
- Possession of a relevant Bachelor's Degree in Education or a subject-specific field with a teaching certification.
- Proven teaching experience in a recognized secondary school setting.
- Strong classroom management and conflict-resolution skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, coupled with strong interpersonal skills.
