Key Responsibilities- Prepare and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned Mathematics lesson plans tailored to diverse student learning needs.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment that encourages critical thinking and problem-solving.
- Integrate interactive workshops and practical mathematical applications to enhance student understanding and engagement.
- Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, continuous assessments, and examinations, providing constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and overall academic development.
- Collaborate with fellow faculty members, department heads, and school administration to continuously improve instructional strategies.
- Communicate regularly and professionally with parents and guardians regarding student academic progress and behavioral development.
- Participate actively in school events, staff meetings, and professional development workshops.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field (Master's degree or TRCN certification is an added advantage).
- Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience within a reputable secondary school setting, preferably handling an integrated Nigerian-British curriculum.
- Strong passion for teaching with exceptional communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
