Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Assess and monitor learners’ progress, maintaining accurate and up-to-date academic performance records.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, gender-neutral, and positive classroom environment that encourages holistic child development.
- Support the social, emotional, and cognitive growth of every nursery or primary school learner in your care.
- Communicate proactively and professionally with parents and guardians regarding student progress and developmental milestones.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to organize school activities, workshops, and continuous professional training sessions.
- Formal qualification in Education or a related discipline, such as a B.Ed., PGDE, or equivalent certification.
- Proven professional experience working as a Class Teacher with nursery or primary school learners.
- Strong lesson planning, curriculum implementation, and classroom management capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with students, families, and staff.
- Basic proficiency in ICT tools for modern teaching, digital record-keeping, and communication.
