Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and effective secondary school lessons in accordance with the approved curriculum.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and targeted support.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school administration to plan academic and extracurricular activities.
- Uphold the moral and ethical values of the institution while mentoring students.
- Possession of relevant educational qualifications such as a B.Ed, B.A, B.Sc, or NCE in a related discipline.
- Proven teaching experience within a secondary school setting.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to fostering both academic success and moral development in students.
- Teaching certifications and familiarity with Islamic educational values will be an added advantage.
