Key Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive Biology lessons seamlessly aligned with both WAEC and international IGCSE curriculum standards.
- Assess individual students' academic needs, adapting lesson delivery and instructional strategies to improve overall understanding and performance.
- Develop and implement practical and theory-based lesson plans, incorporating interactive laboratory activities and safety protocols.
- Utilize innovative, engaging teaching methods to stimulate student curiosity, active participation, and a genuine interest in the sciences.
- Prepare students thoroughly for WAEC, IGCSE examinations, and various external Biology-related competitions.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
- Bachelor of Education or a degree in Biology or a closely related scientific discipline.
- Relevant professional teaching certification.
- Strong, practical knowledge of modern school laboratory practices and strict safety procedures.
- Excellent classroom management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Possession of a Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) certification is a strong added advantage.
