About the Role
Lynton Prints is a premier professional printing and branding house located in the heart of Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria. We specialize in delivering top-tier customized corporate branding, personalized gifts, merchandise printing, and creative graphic design services. We are currently looking for a talented and detail-oriented Screen Printer to join our dynamic production team and help us bring creative concepts to life on various substrates with precision and excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Set up, operate, and maintain screen printing presses and equipment efficiently.
- Prepare screens, mix inks, and ensure accurate color matching for various branding and merchandise projects.
- Inspect printed products for quality, alignment, and clarity, making adjustments during the production run as needed.
- Manage production workflows to ensure timely completion of corporate branding and personalized gift orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in the print shop.
- Collaborate with the graphic design and production teams to execute client specifications flawlessly.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience and relevant technical skills in manual or automatic screen printing.
- Previous working experience in a professional print shop or branding house is a strong bonus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to troubleshoot printing issues and maintain high quality control standards.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Proximity to our office location in Benin City, Edo State, is an added advantage.
