About the Role
The Dangote Group is seeking a skilled Draftsman to join our dynamic team at the DSR Numan Plant. In this role, you will play a crucial part in preparing, modifying, and maintaining accurate technical drawings and engineering documentation to support our continuous manufacturing and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare detailed technical drawings, layouts, and engineering schematics using CADD software.
- Review and revise engineering drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with approved specifications and safety standards.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve drawing-related issues.
- Conduct site measurements and inspections to ensure drawings reflect existing plant conditions.
- Maintain secure, up-to-date records, version control, and proper filing of all engineering documentation.
- HND or B.Sc. in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Drafting Technology, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant engineering drafting experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial plant environment.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant Computer-Aided Design and Drafting software.
