Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, high-quality science lessons in accordance with the school curriculum and educational standards.
- Integrate digital innovation and practical experiments into daily classroom instruction to enhance student engagement.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and personalized support to ensure academic growth.
- Foster an inclusive, safe, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages creativity and critical thinking.
- Collaborate with fellow faculty members to develop interdisciplinary projects blending science, entrepreneurship, and technology.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and behavioral development.
- Participate in school-wide extracurricular activities, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Science, or a related field from a recognized tertiary institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a reputable secondary or primary school setting.
- Strong proficiency in utilizing digital learning tools and educational technology in the classroom.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
