Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive individualized education programs tailored to the unique learning styles and developmental needs of each student.
- Deliver engaging, specialized classroom instruction that supports cognitive, social, and emotional growth in children with diverse developmental disabilities.
- Collaborate closely with speech therapists, occupational therapists, and counselors to ensure holistic and integrated therapy for every student.
- Monitor, assess, and meticulously document student progress, adjusting teaching strategies and intervention plans as needed.
- Maintain a safe, structured, inclusive, and positive classroom environment that encourages positive behavioral support.
- Partner actively with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on student development and offering guidance on reinforcing learning strategies at home.
- Possession of a Bachelor degree in Special Education, Early Childhood Education, Guidance and Counseling, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Proven professional experience working as a Special Education Teacher, particularly with children facing developmental disabilities.
- Deep understanding of diverse educational methodologies, adaptive learning tools, and individualized education planning.
- Exceptional patience, empathy, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for inclusive education.
- Valid teaching certification or relevant professional licenses will be an added advantage.
