We are currently seeking a passionate, dedicated, and skilled Early Childhood Educator to join our growing team of professionals. Key Responsibilities- Design, adapt, and implement inclusive early childhood education curricula tailored to the unique learning styles and developmental needs of children with special needs.
- Collaborate closely with therapists and support staff to integrate individualized therapy goals into daily classroom routines and learning activities.
- Monitor, assess, and document student progress regularly, maintaining detailed records and communicating effectively with parents and guardians regarding developmental milestones.
- Create a nurturing, stimulating, and safe physical classroom environment that encourages positive social interaction, independence, and emotional well-being.
- Utilize specialized teaching methodologies, assistive technologies, and sensory-friendly materials to engage students and manage classroom behavior constructively.
- Possess a minimum of a National Certificate in Education (NCE), Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Special Education, or a related field.
- Demonstrated professional experience working with children with special needs and developmental disabilities in a recognized school or therapeutic setting.
- Strong understanding of child development principles, individualized education plans (IEPs), and positive behavior support techniques.
- Exceptional patience, empathy, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for inclusive education.
