Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and interactive science lessons aligned with the approved school curriculum.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and personalized support to ensure academic growth.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages active participation and hands-on experimentation.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a focused and positive learning atmosphere.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school administration in planning extracurricular activities, science fairs, and school events.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student performance, behavioral development, and overall progress.
- Possession of a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), B.Sc, or relevant academic qualification in a science-related discipline.
- Proven teaching experience within a recognized educational institution is highly preferred.
- Strong passion for teaching with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
