Our institution offers comprehensive academic programmes spanning Nursery, Primary, and Secondary education levels. We are seeking an experienced educational leader to drive academic excellence, institutional growth, and student development.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership and vision for the school's academic and operational performance
- Oversee curriculum implementation and ensure adherence to educational standards and best practices
- Manage school finances, budgets, and resource allocation effectively
- Supervise teaching and non-teaching staff, fostering a culture of professional development
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and conducive learning environment for all students
- Liaise with parents, stakeholders, and educational regulatory bodies
- Monitor student progress and implement interventions for academic improvement
- Bachelor of Education (B.ED) or Science Education (B.Sc.ED) degree
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in school management or educational leadership
- Strong understanding of Nigerian educational policies and curricula
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
