Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, selection, and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company standards.
  • Support the implementation and enforcement of company HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Coordinate employee performance management, appraisals, and professional development processes.
  • Assist in managing employee relations, covering attendance, leave management, disciplinary matters, and staff welfare.
  • Prepare comprehensive HR reports and provide relevant workforce data to management when required.
  • Support payroll administration by supplying accurate and timely employee attendance and compensation information.
  • Ensure full compliance with applicable Nigerian labour laws and workplace regulations.
  • Handle day-to-day employee inquiries and provide prompt, professional HR support.
  • Perform other assigned human resources and administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Mandatory possession of a valid NYSC Discharge Certificate or Exemption Certificate.
  • 0 to 2 years of professional experience in Human Resources or a closely related role.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of HR practices, recruitment strategies, and employee relations.
  • Good working knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and contemporary workplace practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with modern HR management systems.
