Key Responsibilities- Provide visionary leadership and effective day-to-day administration for the college.
- Oversee comprehensive academic planning, curriculum delivery, and rigorous assessment standards.
- Supervise, mentor, appraise, and drive the professional development of all staff members.
- Maintain a safe, orderly, inclusive, and high-performing learning environment for students.
- Ensure strict compliance with all educational regulations and professional standards.
- Drive the integration of modern technology in teaching, learning, and school administration.
- Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with parents, staff, and education stakeholders.
- Manage school improvement plans, budgets, and operational strategies efficiently.
- Safeguard the overall welfare, security, and holistic development of every student.
- Bachelor degree in Education or a relevant discipline with a PGDE, Master degree, or higher qualification as an advantage.
- Minimum of three years of cognate leadership experience as a Principal in a reputable secondary school.
- Strong computer literacy, including competence in computer-based testing and database management.
- Active registration or membership with a recognized professional body in the education sector.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
