Key Responsibilities- Demonstrate strong knowledge of IGCSE and WAEC curriculum content in Mathematics and Additional Mathematics.
- Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons aligned with international and national secondary standards.
- Teach students using a variety of effective instructional strategies to promote active learning and critical thinking.
- Plan comprehensive lessons and prepare effective, interactive learning materials.
- Assign regular classwork, homework, and formative assessments to evaluate student understanding.
- Monitor student progress diligently and provide constructive, regular feedback.
- Prepare students thoroughly for both internal assessments and external examinations (IGCSE and WAEC).
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and productive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Implement school academic policies and the subject curriculum to ensure the highest educational standards.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field (Master's degree is an added advantage).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience teaching Mathematics and Additional Mathematics in a recognized secondary school.
- In-depth familiarity with both the IGCSE and WAEC syllabi and examination requirements.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
