We are currently looking for a talented and compassionate Senior Associate Dentist to join our premier practice in Nigeria. In this role, you will provide comprehensive dental services to patients of all ages, ensuring exceptional clinical outcomes and building long-lasting, trusting relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and formulate tailored treatment plans for preventative, restorative, and cosmetic procedures.
- Independently execute advanced dental treatments including root canal treatments (RCT), crown and bridge placements, and other complex restorative procedures.
- Manage patient care efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and professional ethics.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventative dental care strategies.
- Collaborate effectively with the clinical support team to ensure a seamless patient experience from consultation to post-treatment care.
- Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or equivalent professional qualification.
- Valid practicing license from the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN) and evidence of completed NYSC.
- Minimum of 7 years of post-qualification clinical experience working within the private dental sector.
- Demonstrated proficiency in performing independent advanced dental procedures.
- Exceptional patient management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Additional postgraduate certifications or specialist training will be considered a significant advantage.
