About the Role
Elevation Professionals, a reputable management consultancy and publishing firm, is seeking a dedicated and organized School House Master for one of our reputable educational client institutions located in Ipaja, Lagos. This is a live-in position with designated off periods away from the school, offering a unique opportunity for an education or youth development professional to make a meaningful impact in a structured boarding environment.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day operations and general welfare of students within the school hostel.
- Maintain discipline, order, and adherence to school rules and regulations among boarding students.
- Coordinate hostel routines, including wake-up calls, prep times, meals, and lights-out schedules.
- Provide pastoral care and serve as a reliable mentor and counselor to students.
- Monitor health, hygiene, and safety standards within the residential facility.
- Lodge regular reports to the school management regarding student behavior, facility maintenance needs, and overall house administration.
- Organize recreational and developmental activities for students during off-class hours.
- Possession of a Bachelor's Degree (BSc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in any relevant discipline.
- Prior experience in school administration, hostel management, or youth mentoring is an added advantage.
- Must be willing to reside within the school premises in Ipaja, Lagos during working periods.
- CV must clearly state the candidate's current residential address or specific area of residence in Lagos.
