About the Role
My Warri Picnic is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Support Staff member to join our growing team in Warri, Nigeria. We are a luxury, eco-conscious picnic and creative outdoor experience brand specializing in curated picnics, romantic dates, proposals, birthdays, bridal showers, and intimate events. In this role, you will play an essential part in transforming green spaces into breathtaking, sustainable leisure experiences for our private and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the setup, styling, and breakdown of luxury picnic arrangements and event props.
- Transport equipment and materials safely to and from event locations across Warri.
- Maintain inventory of picnic props, decor items, and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and proper storage.
- Support event coordinators on-site to ensure seamless execution of proposals, birthdays, and intimate gatherings.
- Adhere strictly to eco-friendly practices and sustainability guidelines during setup and waste management.
- Provide warm, professional hospitality and assistance to clients during their outdoor experiences.
- Minimum of a SSCE, OND, or relevant academic qualification.
- Prior experience in event planning, hospitality, logistics, or customer service is an advantage.
- Strong passion for aesthetics, creativity, and outdoor leisure events.
- Excellent physical stamina with the ability to lift event equipment and work outdoors.
- Good communication skills and a friendly, customer-first attitude.
- Residency in Warri with good knowledge of local event locations.
