My Warri Picnic is a premier luxury, eco-conscious picnic and creative outdoor experience brand based in Warri, Nigeria. We specialize in curating breathtaking romantic dates, proposals, birthdays, bridal showers, and corporate outdoor events that transform underutilized green spaces into memorable leisure experiences. We are currently looking for a passionate and organized Operations Lead to join our growing team and help drive our mission of redefining outdoor celebration culture through creativity, aesthetics, and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end logistics and execution for luxury picnics, private parties, and corporate outdoor events.
- Coordinate inventory management, maintenance, and deployment of picnic props, styling equipment, and eco-friendly rentals.
- Supervise on-site setup, styling, and teardown teams to ensure flawless aesthetic and functional delivery.
- Streamline daily operations, vendor relationships, and supply chain processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Ensure adherence to environmental sustainability standards and brand quality guidelines across all client touchpoints.
- Resolve client inquiries and on-site challenges professionally to guarantee exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Proven professional experience in operations management, event planning, hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams, vendors, and tight project timelines effectively.
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail capabilities.
- A deep appreciation for aesthetics, luxury styling, and eco-friendly initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly within the Warri market.
