FMR Agency is currently recruiting on behalf of our esteemed client, a reputable school located in Orisumbare, Lagos, for a dedicated and visionary School Curriculum Developer. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the design, review, and implementation of comprehensive academic programs spanning Preschool, Primary, and Secondary school levels. Key Responsibilities- Review, update, and enhance the school curriculum and academic learning materials regularly.
- Set, vet, and review test and examination questions and answer scripts to ensure high academic standards.
- Coordinate the seamless preparation, production, and printing of all examination materials.
- Evaluate teachers' academic records, lesson notes, and instructional delivery methods.
- Prepare comprehensive academic reports and identify strategic areas for institutional improvement.
- Follow up with teaching staff to ensure timely submission of academic tasks and lesson documentation.
- Collaborate closely with educators and school management to resolve curriculum-related challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related academic field.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience working within a formal school environment.
- Background as a teacher, Head of School, Academic Coordinator, or Curriculum Developer is strongly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of modern curriculum development, assessment strategies, and examination protocols.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and team-building capabilities.
- Demonstrated emotional maturity, patience, proactivity, and strong problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Competitive net monthly salary ranging from NGN 120,000 to NGN 150,000.
- Stable work schedule from Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
