We are currently seeking a dynamic and visionary Quality Assurance Lead to oversee our academic standards, mentor our teaching staff, and ensure continuous school improvement across all foundational levels.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and evaluate teaching methodologies, classroom delivery, and academic programs to ensure alignment with British and Nigerian educational standards.
- Mentor, coach, and provide constructive feedback to teachers to foster continuous professional development and instructional excellence.
- Design, implement, and review robust quality assurance policies, assessment frameworks, and child development tracking systems.
- Collaborate with school management to drive strategic school improvement initiatives and community-building programs.
- Integrate ICT solutions into learning and administrative processes to enhance educational outcomes.
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and highly creative learning environment that promotes both academic rigor and character education.
- HND, B.Ed, B.Sc, B.A, or equivalent degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven leadership experience in an educational setting.
- Demonstrated track record in school improvement, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement.
- Comprehensive knowledge of academic standards, child development principles, and character education.
- Sound understanding of both Nigerian and British curricula.
- Proficiency in ICT and innovative, creative approaches to teaching and administration.
