Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive briefings for students regarding school rules, regulations, and expected behavioral standards.
  • Monitor and supervise daily student compliance with institutional policies across the campus.
  • Undertake thorough, objective fact-finding investigations on observed or reported breaches of conduct.
  • Ensure the fair and consistent implementation of disciplinary actions imposed on erring students.
  • Provide guidance and support to students, encouraging personal growth, accountability, and positive decision-making.
  • Collaborate with faculty and administration to address behavioral trends and maintain a safe learning environment.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Education, Guidance and Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Previous counseling or disciplinary experience within a secondary school setting is a distinct advantage.
  • Must possess exceptionally strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated high proficiency in both oral and written English communication.
  • Extremely keen to detail, highly organized, and of impeccable moral character.
