About the Role
Prime Montessori Nursery and Primary School (PMS) is dedicated to arresting the falling standard in the educational sector by providing qualitative and balanced education. We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated School Academic Supervisor to join our esteemed leadership team and help uphold our high standards of teaching and learning within the Oriade LCDA environs.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise classroom teaching and monitor curriculum implementation to ensure high educational standards.
- Mentor, guide, and support teachers in professional development and effective classroom management.
- Collaborate with school leadership to plan and execute academic policies and termly programs.
- Evaluate student performance and implement supportive learning strategies where necessary.
- Maintain effective communication with parents, staff, and other stakeholders to foster a positive school community.
- B.Sc Degree in Educational Management or related discipline with a minimum of a Second Class Upper.
- Mandatory NCE Certification.
- Possession of a Master's Degree in Education will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven work experience in an academic supervisory or Head Teacher role.
- Must reside within or be able to conveniently commute to the Oriade LCDA environs.
