Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging, high-quality Physics lessons to secondary school students in alignment with the approved curriculum.
  • Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, instructional materials, and practical laboratory experiments.
  • Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and maintaining accurate academic records.
  • Encourage critical thinking and foster student-led engineering innovations and scientific inquiry.
  • Maintain a positive, safe, and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning and moral development.
  • Participate actively in school meetings, professional development programs, and extracurricular activities.
Qualifications
  • Possession of a Bachelor's Degree in Physics, Education, or a related field from a recognized institution.
  • Proven teaching experience in secondary school Physics is strongly preferred.
  • Strong passion for teaching with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
  • Alignment with the school's values of integrating academic rigor with Islamic moral teachings.
