Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, high-quality Physics lessons to secondary school students in alignment with the approved curriculum.
- Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, instructional materials, and practical laboratory experiments.
- Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and maintaining accurate academic records.
- Encourage critical thinking and foster student-led engineering innovations and scientific inquiry.
- Maintain a positive, safe, and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning and moral development.
- Participate actively in school meetings, professional development programs, and extracurricular activities.
- Possession of a Bachelor's Degree in Physics, Education, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Proven teaching experience in secondary school Physics is strongly preferred.
- Strong passion for teaching with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
