We are currently seeking a dynamic and target-driven Savings Mobilization Officer to join our client's team in Lagos. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving customer acquisition, expanding our financial portfolio, and fostering strong client relationships within the local market.
Key Responsibilities- Mobilize savings, deposits, and investments from individuals, SMEs, traders, and cooperative societies across designated locations.
- Acquire new customers and maintain robust, long-term relationships through regular follow-up, engagement, and exceptional service delivery.
- Conduct proactive market visits, community outreach programs, and customer sensitization campaigns to promote financial products.
- Manage daily collections, accurate documentation, and the timely remittance of funds in compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to management.
- Consistently achieve and exceed assigned savings and business mobilization targets.
- Possession of an OND, HND, or BSc in Finance, Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of proven professional experience in savings mobilization, direct sales, marketing, microfinance, or cooperative banking services.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills with a natural aptitude for customer relationship management.
- Highly target-driven, trustworthy, resilient, and comfortable with frequent field-based business development activities.
