About the Role
Radix Pension Managers Limited, a licensed Pension Fund Administrator regulated by PenCom, is seeking a driven and results-oriented Wealth Management Officer to join our expanding team in Lagos. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in expanding our market share, managing complex investment portfolios, and delivering top-tier financial advisory services to high-net-worth clients.
Key Responsibilities- Mobilise deposits through the sales of a wide range of products including Commercial Papers, Bonds, Bond Funds, and other investment offerings.
- Manage complex investment portfolios across traditional and alternative asset classes.
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans focused on long-term wealth preservation and growth.
- Provide personalized, high-touch advisory services and advise on risk management and asset protection strategies.
- Collaborate with the Head of Wealth Management to implement marketing strategies and identify new business opportunities.
- Drive new business development through client referrals, strategic networking, and relationship management.
- Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging financial strategies to provide insightful thought leadership.
- First Degree in Economics, Marketing, Banking and Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Postgraduate degree will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years of banking experience in a Relationship Management role.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel with the ability to build, monitor, and review complex financial analyses.
- Demonstrated high degree of numerical, verbal, and analytical competence.
- Excellent interpersonal, written communication, and presentation skills.
