About the Role
Dangote Cement Plc is seeking a motivated SAP Functional Support Analyst specializing in the Production Planning (PP) module. As part of our dynamic IT team in Lagos, Nigeria, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily SAP operations, driving implementation projects, and optimizing manufacturing processes for Africa's leading cement producer.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert functional support for the SAP PP module and manage multiple simultaneous SAP projects from conception to completion.
- Gather business requirements, define project scopes, and convert business needs into detailed development design and programming specifications.
- Plan and coordinate resources and activities to ensure timely project delivery while working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform functional testing, create comprehensive documentation, and conduct effective end-user training alongside the SAP Core team.
- Manage end-to-end integration needs with other SAP modules and external applications.
- Analyze customer requirements covering business processes, master and transaction data mapping, and standard or customized SAP reporting.
- Design, develop, and manage roles and authorizations while determining and building WRICEF customization requirements.
- HND or Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 6 years of relevant experience working as an SAP Consultant or SAP PP Support Analyst.
- Minimum of one successful end-to-end implementation and hands-on experience in SAP PP support.
- Mandatory experience in Product Costing, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), and the Produce to Order cycle.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, user exits, and basic ABAP debugging is a strong added advantage.
