About the Role
One Acre Fund is a leading international nonprofit organization dedicated to supplying smallholder farmers in Africa with asset-based financing and agricultural training to combat hunger and poverty. We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Global GR Operations and Systems Specialist to strengthen government relations processes, drive team coordination, and optimize donor workflows across our expansive 100-person team. Key Responsibilities- Manage leadership meetings, team retreats, and the global performance management calendar while developing strategic briefings and rolling out compliance tools.
- Lead department-wide learning initiatives, including skills academies and mentorship programs, to boost overall team efficiency and professional development.
- Oversee CRM software implementation, manage advisory councils, and audit stakeholder engagement to recommend continuous improvements.
- Serve as the primary administrative and logistical liaison between the Government Relations and Business Development teams for major public donor processes like GCF and GAC.
- Track critical donor activities, secure necessary government approvals, and ensure seamless data flow across cross-functional projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Operations, International Relations, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 3 years of professional experience in operations, project coordination, or team-facing administrative roles.
- Demonstrated strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities with a high attention to detail.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build consensus across diverse, global teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, coordinate complex workflows, and execute strategic initiatives independently.
