In this client-facing role, you will collaborate with businesses across various sectors in emerging economies to optimize their processes and implement robust Odoo ERP solutions that enhance their competitive advantage.
Key Responsibilities- Gather, analyze, manage, and communicate complex business requirements effectively.
- Develop comprehensive business cases, conduct cost-benefit analyses, and assist with strategic planning.
- Translate and simplify detailed technical requirements for diverse project stakeholders.
- Utilize advanced modeling techniques and methods to map and improve business workflows.
- Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary project teams to ensure client briefs are successfully delivered.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, articulate communication, and a proactive attitude.
- Maintain a willingness to travel for client engagements and international deployments.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, with a strong preference for candidates from social science backgrounds.
- Minimum of 4 years of proven professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar enterprise consulting role.
