SAP Functional Support Analyst - Production Planning

About the Role

• Provide comprehensive functional support for SAP PP modules and manage simultaneous SAP projects from conception to completion.
• Gather business requirements, define project scope, and convert requirements into detailed functional design and programming specifications.
• Plan and coordinate resources, perform functional testing, create documentation, and conduct end-user training in collaboration with the SAP Core team.
• Work cross-functionally between business stakeholders and IT design teams to bridge the gap between design, content, and technology.
• Design, develop, and manage roles and authorizations while handling end-to-end integration needs with other SAP modules and applications.
• Analyze customer requirements covering business processes, master and transaction data mapping, and standard or customized SAP reports including WRICEF objects.

• HND or Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience as an SAP PP Support Analyst with at least 1 end-to-end implementation.
• Demonstrated expertise in Product Costing, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), and the Produce to Order cycle.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, user exits, and basic ABAP debugging is a strong added advantage.
• Strong leadership skills with proven ability to interact and present ideas to senior and executive-level management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
