We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and experienced SAP FICO Super User to bridge the gap between our finance and IT departments, ensuring optimal performance of our SAP Finance and Controlling systems.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving day-to-day SAP FICO inquiries and system issues.
- Provide comprehensive support across General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Controlling (CO).
- Manage SAP integration with Production Planning (PP), overseeing production costs, goods movements, and financial reconciliations.
- Assist finance teams with month-end and year-end closing activities, reporting, and reconciliations.
- Participate actively in SAP system testing, upgrades, enhancements, and upcoming rollouts.
- Conduct end-user training sessions and develop clear user guides, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process documentation.
- Ensure all financial processes strictly comply with internal controls and Nigerian tax regulations, including VAT and WHT.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years of total experience in finance, accounting, or business systems management.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on SAP FICO experience in a live, operational environment.
- Professional certifications such as ICAN, ACCA, or an SAP FICO credential will be a strong added advantage.
- Demonstrated experience working with SAP S/4HANA and SAP PP module integration.
- Familiarity with Nigerian statutory reporting requirements, tax laws, and compliance standards.
