Kinky Apothecary is looking for a driven, ambitious self-starter to join our team in Lekki, Lagos as a Salon Manager. As Nigeria's first natural hair company, we are dedicated to shattering Eurocentric beauty standards and revolutionizing the haircare industry through a science- and data-driven approach rooted in African culture. Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day salon operations, schedules, and overall team performance
- Oversee the booking process to ensure exceptional client satisfaction and resolve any service issues
- Monitor key performance indicators including revenue, rebookings, and retail sales
- Maintain inventory, stock levels, equipment, and the general upkeep of the salon space
- Ensure all services strictly adhere to Kinky Apothecary standards and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with senior management, suppliers, and marketing teams to execute sales strategies
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of three years of relevant experience
- Proven background in salon, beauty-industry, or retail management; hospitality experience will also be considered
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, self-starting work ethic
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time-management capabilities
- Note: This is strictly a management role and does not require hands-on hairstyling experience
- Competitive net monthly salary of ₦350,000 to ₦450,000
