Key Responsibilities- Identify and prospect new real estate clients and investors within the Nigerian market.
- Market and sell Adron Homes products, properties, and investment packages to prospective buyers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and subscribers.
- Organize and conduct site inspections for interested clients to showcase available estate properties.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the organization.
- Provide expert advisory services on property acquisition, real estate investments, and homeownership plans.
- Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline from a recognized institution.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to leverage personal and professional networks to generate sales leads.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is an added advantage but not mandatory.
