About the Role
Credit Direct Limited is a leading non-bank finance company headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria, providing payroll-based consumer loans across 25 states and the FCT. Established in 2006, we boast a workforce of over 1,000 employees and more than 300,000 active customers. We are currently seeking driven, ambitious, and resilient graduates to join our intensive Sales Trainee Program and grow into top-tier sales professionals in the micro-lending space.
Key Responsibilities- Find and win new customers for our consumer loan products through active field engagement
- Understand individual customer financial needs and recommend responsible loan solutions
- Guide customers seamlessly through the loan application process using our digital platforms
- Build and maintain lasting, positive relationships with clients
- Consistently hit and exceed sales targets while adhering to responsible lending guidelines
- Graduate qualification (OND, HND, or BSc) in any discipline; SSCE holders may also apply
- Completed or exempted National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) where applicable
- Strong numerical and verbal communication skills with comfort using smartphones and apps
- Fluent in English plus at least one major Nigerian language or Pidgin
- Willingness to undertake fieldwork and meet real-world sales targets
- Ability to pass a thorough integrity and background check
