About the Role
Ignite Energy Access is an Abu Dhabi-based leader in distributed renewable energy solutions, dedicated to providing affordable, reliable, and sustainable electricity to underserved communities across Africa. Operating across 12 countries and serving over 15 million people, we are transforming lives and driving the continent’s clean energy transition. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Lead to join our Mysol sales team and drive exceptional performance across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit, train, and manage a minimum of 20 active sales agents monthly to achieve ambitious regional performance targets.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process for Mysol solar products within your assigned territory and coordinate impactful field activities.
- Provide continuous coaching to agents on effective pitching, closing techniques, and customer relationship building.
- Oversee sales transactions, financial remittances, credit follow-ups, and collections efficiently.
- Manage company tools of trade and actively support monthly inventory audits and stock management.
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies aligned with regional targets while utilizing allocated budgets effectively.
- National Diploma (ND), Higher National Diploma (HND), or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of proven sales experience, with expertise in solar products highly preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership, team management, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication abilities with fluency in English and relevant local languages for the designated territory.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage diverse stakeholder relationships.
