About the Role
Join Stockgap Fuels Limited as a Sales Support Officer – Records and Orders, where you will play a vital role in supporting our sales operations and ensuring seamless order processing for one of Nigeria's leading petroleum product distributors. Stockgap Fuels Limited is a private limited liability company specializing in the distribution of refined petroleum products and Liquified Petroleum Gas (LPG), sourced through direct international partnerships and strategic alliances with the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation.
Key Responsibilities- Process customer orders accurately through Microsoft Dynamics ERP system
- Maintain comprehensive and organized sales records with high accuracy
- Provide administrative support to the sales department
- Manage data entry and verification of order information
- Ensure timely order fulfillment and customer documentation
- Coordinate between sales team and other departments
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND)
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales administration or order processing
- Advanced proficiency in ERP/CRM systems, with Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and data management skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service orientation
