HR & Allied Services Ltd is recruiting a strategic and result-driven Commercial Manager on behalf of our client, a world-class diagnostic center based in Awka, Anambra State. Our client is committed to serving the population of the Southeast by providing Lagos-standard imaging and laboratory services locally. In this vital leadership role, you will spearhead commercial operations, drive business expansion, build strong corporate partnerships, and ensure sustainable revenue growth while delivering exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and achieve organizational targets.
- Lead targeted marketing initiatives and innovative customer acquisition and retention programs.
- Build and maintain robust strategic partnerships with hospitals, HMOs, corporate organizations, and medical practitioners.
- Monitor sales KPIs, analyze market performance, and implement data-driven corrective actions.
- Conduct continuous market intelligence analysis to track competitor activities and strengthen brand visibility.
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Economics, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical services, HMOs, FMCG, or customer-focused commercial environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in corporate partnerships, team leadership, and strategic revenue generation.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, analytical, and ICT skills.
