Hello Products, an independent and entrepreneurial oral care company dedicated to making the world a friendlier place starting with your mouth, is looking for a detail-oriented Sales Support Officer to join our growing team in Nigeria. In this role, you will be the backbone of our sales operations, ensuring seamless communication with our key distributors and providing critical data-driven insights to management. Key Responsibilities- Handle all administrative duties and provide comprehensive data and reports to the sales team and other departments.
- Respond to inquiries, resolve complaints, and manage customer communications via phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Compile, compare, and compute weekly and monthly sales reports, including tracking monthly sales targets versus achievements for Regional Sales Managers, supervisors, and In-Market Officers (IMOs).
- Prepare, track, and manage Key Distributorship agreements, self-collection agreements, VIP scheme loyalty letters, and extra bonus letters.
- Monitor monthly Key Distributor sales performance and upload accurate sales data, including KD, IMO, and Van sellout figures, onto Orion.
- Conduct competitor price comparisons to prepare prevailing SKU price lists and manage new price list documentation.
- Prepare and document sales team incentive schemes and check Head of Sales floats.
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related or relevant field.
- Proven experience in data entry, sales administration, or a similar support role.
- Excellent customer service knowledge with stellar communication skills via phone and messaging platforms.
- Strong analytical and multitasking abilities to handle complex reports and pricing comparisons.
- Proficiency in teamwork, motivation, and modern office software.
