About the Role
Ameera Ventures Ltd, your premier one-stop shop for bakery supplies, ingredients, tools, and packaging, is looking for a dedicated and results-driven Sales Supervisor to join our growing team in Nigeria. In this role, you will oversee daily store operations, drive revenue growth through proactive sales initiatives, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure optimal stock re-order levels are maintained at the store at all times.
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and dust-free product displays throughout the store premises.
- Process, package, label, and dispatch customer orders securely to guarantee damage-free delivery.
- Provide timely updates to customers regarding their dispatched orders and proactively respond to all inquiries and complaints.
- Develop deep product knowledge regarding all bakery supplies and their specific uses to better assist clients.
- Promote business growth through direct customer visitation and effective online marketing channels.
- Collect, analyze, and share valuable customer feedback with the Sales Manager.
- Drive sales strategies to actualize and surpass weekly revenue targets.
- Ensure the security and safety of yourself, inventory, business premises, and company assets.
- Render accurate and timely daily and weekly performance reports.
- Minimum of a Diploma in Marketing, Accounting, or a related business field.
- At least 2 years of proven working experience in a similar sales or supervisory role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with exceptional negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in using applicable retail software, digital tools, and online communication platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to build lasting professional relationships and practice active listening.
- Reside in or near the primary business location with the ability to commute daily.
