We are currently looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Representative and Storekeeper to join our bustling team at the Alaba International Market branch in Ojo, Lagos, to bridge retail excellence with efficient inventory management.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of mobile phones, accessories, solar products, electrical items, and home electronics to effectively guide customers.
- Drive sales initiatives to meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue targets.
- Manage store inventory, handle stock tracking, and ensure accurate record-keeping for all warehouse operations.
- Resolve customer inquiries, process returns, and negotiate pricing or discounts professionally.
- Proactively reach out to prospective buyers to expand our customer base and foster long-term loyalty.
- Prepare and submit detailed weekly sales and stock reports to management.
- Collaborate seamlessly with team members to ensure smooth daily transactions and store operations.
- HND, B.Sc, OND, or NCE in a relevant academic discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, storekeeping, or warehouse management.
- Familiarity with the technology sector, specifically mobile phones, accessories, solar energy systems, and electronics.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.
