In this exciting volunteer role, you will play a crucial part in managing retail operations and merchandise distribution during our world-class events, ensuring seamless brand representation and exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in setting up and managing merchandise display booths at live events and concerts.
- Handle inventory management, stock tracking, and sales transactions accurately.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to attendees, answering inquiries and promoting brand merchandise.
- Collaborate with the logistics and marketing teams to ensure timely restocking of retail items.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing merchandise area throughout the duration of events.
- Passionate about the entertainment, events, and retail industries in Nigeria.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Basic numeracy skills and experience with cash handling or point-of-sale systems is an advantage.
- Must be available to commit to flexible working hours, including weekends and evenings during event periods.
