About the Role
Whip Smart Service Providers Limited is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our growing team at our Ogba branch in Lagos. In this role, you will be the face of our business, ensuring that every customer enjoys an exceptional shopping and service experience. We are committed to maintaining high standards of quality, and we need a proactive professional who can manage store inventories, drive sales, and contribute to the overall profitability and expansion of the Ogba location.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome customers warmly, handle inquiries, recommend suitable products, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Arrange gifts, hampers, groceries, and other merchandise attractively while ensuring shelves remain fully stocked and correctly price-tagged.
- Monitor stock levels, maintain accurate inventory records, report shortages proactively, and prevent stock losses.
- Process customer orders efficiently and coordinate timely deliveries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, secure, and professional store environment at all times.
- Submit comprehensive daily sales reports, payment records, customer feedback, and inventory updates.
- Demonstrate high levels of honesty, punctuality, and professionalism in handling company products and resources.
- Minimum of an HND or B.Sc. degree from a recognized institution.
- Proven computer literacy and proficiency in using digital tools and office software.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and neatness.
